Our 2020 Thanksgiving menu features our absolute favorites! The main event is a Turkey Roulade, turkey breast stuffed with sausage stuffing and dried fruits, tied beautifully into a roast. Next is Bonnie's Sweet Potato Casserole, my mother's prized recipe: sweet potatoes topped with a sweet crunchy pecan and walnut crust. Of course there's creamy Mashed Potatoes with plenty of Turkey Gravy. Then tart Housemade Cranberry Sauce with a touch of rosemary, crunchy sauteéd Green Beans with Frizzled Shallots and Biscuits and Cultured Vermont Creamery Butter. End with bright Baked Apples with Currants and Cream. This menu feeds 4 very comfortably. Orders must be placed by Sunday, November 22nd. Delivery is not offered for this menu. Pickup is on Wednesday, November 25th at our kitchen in Asbury Park and will be scheduled after ordering. Lastly, a portion of our sales will be donated to No Kid Hungry. Whew! Happy Holidays all!
